What if there is a surplus of donations/subscriptions

Q: What will happen if there is a surplus of donations or subscriptions that are donated to the server?

A: It's a fair question. While currently, we do not believe this will happen it would be a good problem to have because it means we are doing something right.  However, being transparent with you, and the community is key. 

We are sure you have seen this around the server before but any money donated to the server goes right back into it for new things and improved things. If there is a surplus which you can see in the expense report section of the wiki, this will either be held onto for future purchases, or given back to the staff. 

The staff are all volunteers, they joined this project with only the vision that Scratchypillow has sold them.  They are running this place just as much as he is and they are committed to it in every aspect. So giving back and rewarding the commitment is something that should be done in a fair and responsible way. Those items will of course be shown in the expense report as well when and if it gets to that point.
