Does this server use team speak or in-game chat?

Q: Does this server use team speak or in-game chat?

A: We are using Mumble which is the in-game chat system. While TeamSpeak is a great service, I do not want to have people downloading extra things just talk on our server. Plus it is an extra cost that we would rather put elsewhere.
