I lost items how do I get them back?

Q: I lost items in the game how do I go about getting them back?

A: Our Dev/Admin team is currently handling all of the reimbursements for players. Open aan DevAdmin ticket and follow the prompts in that ticket for us to attempt to retrieve your missing items. However, there is a difference in what will be approved to be reimbursed and what won't be approved. You also need to provide us with videos or some sort of evidence of the issue or you will not be reimbursed. 

General guidelines for reimbursement are below:

If you (the player) drop a revolver on the ground in Valentine and someone takes it or the ground items get cleared, this is a player error and it will not be reimbursed. 

If the server has a script error with our stables and everything in your saddlebags goes poof, that is a game/server error that will be reimbursed by the staff.

Short Version - Player Caused Issue = No Reimbursement. Game/Server Issue = Yes Reimbursment
